Q. What oils can be used?
A. We recommend using Girls Gone Wax pure oils however our ultimate waterless diffuser supports both pure essential oils and fragrance oils.

Q. How do I open the device to add the oil bottle?
A. To open the device gently push your finger into the circular hole located underneath and push upwards. This will release the top section of the device. Next unscrew the spare bottle provided and replace it with your filled oil bottle, make sure to take out any safety caps and screw it in securely. Once that's done, simply line up the arrows and push the top section back into the base.

Q. What are the advantages of waterless diffusers?
A. The main advantage of waterless diffusers is that they are able to produce a highly concentrated and stronger scent throw as the oils are not diluted.
They are also easy to use and swap scents with a simple cartridge bottle change.

Q. How long does a bottle of oil last?
A. Our 10ml pure fragrance and essential oil bottles usually last up to 110 hours on the lowest setting.
Example: If you were to use your Ultimate Waterless Diffuser for 3 hours a day that would equate to 40 days for just 1 10ml bottle.

Q. How loud is the Ultimate Waterless Diffuser?
A. Our Ultimate Waterless Diffuser is relatively quiet at 30 decibels (db).

Q. Is the Ultimate Waterless Diffuser rechargeable?
A. Yes our Ultimate Waterless Diffuser is rechargeable and can be used for up to 72 hours on a single charge. Meaning the device is fully portable and can be moved around from home to car.

Q. Can the Ultimate Waterless Diffuser fill a large room?
A. Our pure oil blends can most definitely fill big rooms, up to 80m² coverage.
We recommend using the 60 second or 120 second setting for larger spaces and the 5 second setting for smaller spaces like a car.

Q. Are your oils safe around pets?
A. Although most fragrance oils are generally safe around cats and dogs, many essential oil blends can be toxic. Pets are just like humans and have different levels of sensitivity. Please seek advice from your veterinary team for guidance before use.

Q. My Ultimate Waterless Diffuser turns off and isn't working.
A. Your device sounds like it's set to run for only 15 seconds. This means that it will throw out scent for 15 seconds and then take a short break before starting again. Simply adjust the settings to either 60 or 120 seconds by tapping the button on the right hand side. You can always adjust this again if the scent is too much.

Q. My Ultimate Waterless Diffuser isn't producing mist?
A. It probably is, sometimes it's hard to see with the naked eye. However if you put it against a dark background or shine a flashlight over the hole you should be able to see the mist. You should still be able to smell the scent even if you can't see a visible mist.
